71- ينبغي أن يذكر في " الأعمال التحضيرية " أن المساعدة التي هي من النوع المبيّن في هذه الفقرة تنطبق على الدولة المستقبلة لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص وعلى دولة منشئهم، ولكن لا تنطبق إلا فيما يتعلق بالضحايا الموجودين في اقليم كل من تينك الدولتين.

The programme encompass all available resources of the relevant Georgian state agencies, international and local non-governmental organizations, envisaged for the assistance to and reintegration of the victims of trafficking in persons.

25. With regard to mechanisms other than conventions, the Special Rapporteur wishes to draw attention to decision 2004/110, adopted by the Commission on Human Rights at its sixtieth session, providing for the appointment, for a period of three years, of a Special Rapporteur whose mandate will focus on the human rights aspects of the victims of trafficking in persons, especially women and children.
25 - أما فيما يتعلق بالآليات غير الاتفاقيات، فإن المقررة الخاصة ترغب في توجيه الاهتمام إلى المقرر 2004/110 الذي أقرته لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها الستين، الذي ينص على تعيين لمدة ثلاث سنوات مقرر خاص تتركز مهامه على جوانب حقوق الإنسان لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص وخاصة النساء والأطفال.

The Commission created a new special procedure (decision 2004/110) by deciding to appoint, for a period of three years, a special rapporteur, to focus on the human rights aspects of the victims of trafficking in persons, especially women and children.
واتخذت اللجنة إجراء خاصا جديدا (المقرر 2004/110) بقرارها تعيين مقرر خاص لمدة ثلاث سنوات تركز ولايته على جوانب حقوق الإنسان لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص لا سيما النساء والأطفال.

At its sixtieth session, the Commission on Human Rights adopted decision 2004/110, in which it decided to appoint, for a three-year period, a Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons, especially women and children, whose mandate would focus on the human rights aspects of the victims of trafficking in persons.
1- اعتمدت لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في دورتها الستين، المقرر 2004/110، حيث قررت فيه أن تعين، لمدة ثلاث سنوات، مقرراً خاصاً معنياً بمسألة الاتجار بالأشخاص، لا سيما النساء والأطفال، تركز ولايته على جوانب حقوق الإنسان لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص.

17. On 21 January 2009, the Special Rapporteur, together with the Special Rapporteur on the human rights aspects of the victims of trafficking in persons, especially women and children, and the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery, its causes and consequences, sent a joint letter of allegation concerning two separate cases.
17- في 21 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، أرسلت المقررة الخاصة والمقرر الخاص المعني بجوانب حقوق الإنسان لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص ولا سيما النساء والأطفال، والمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة أشكال الرق المعاصرة وأسبابه وعواقبه، رسالة مشتركة تتضمن ادعاءات تتعلق بحالتين منفصلتين.

At its sixtieth session (15 March-23 April 2004) the Commission on Human Rights adopted resolution 2004/45 on trafficking in women and girls, and created the mandate of a new Special Rapporteur (decision 2004/110), for a period of three years, to focus on the human rights aspects of the victims of trafficking in persons, especially women and children.
وفي دورتها الستين، (15 آذار/مارس إلى 23 نيسان/أبريل 2004) اعتمدت لجنة حقوق الإنسان القرار 2004/45، بشأن الاتجار بالنساء والفتيات، وأنشأت ولاية مدتها ثلاث سنوات لمقرر خاص جديد (المقرر 2004/110)، يركز على جوانب حقوق الإنسان بالنسبة لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة النساء والأطفال.
