٩- تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية، التي أبدت تحفظات، على أن تعيد النظر في مدى توافق تحفظاتها مع المادة ١٥ من الاتفاقية ومع مواد القانون الدولي اﻷخرى ذات الصلة، بغية النظر في سحب تلك التحفظات التي تتعارض مع المادة ١٥ من الاتفاقية أو تتعارض، خلاف ذلك، مع قانون المعاهدات الدولي؛

II. Invites the Governments of member countries to continue to notify the Committee on Fiscal Affairs of their reservations on the Articles and observations on the Commentaries.
ثانيا - يدعو حكومات البلدان الأعضاء إلى مواصلة إخطار لجنة الشؤون الضريبية بتحفظاتها على المواد وملاحظاتها بشأن التعليقات.
