وبالنظر إلى الدور البنﱠاء الذي أدته تلك البعثات في الماضي، لا تزال اللجنة الخاصة تولي أهمية فائقة ﻹيفاد بعثات زائرة كوسيلة لجمع معلومات كافية ومباشرة عن اﻷوضاع السائدة في اﻷقاليم وعن رغبات شعوبها وأمانيها فيما يتعلق بمركز كل منها مستقبلا.
