وتحث اللجنة الدول القائمة باﻹدارة بأن تتخذ جميع التدابير الضرورية من أجل عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أية أعمال هجومية أو أعمال تدخل ضد دول أخرى.

Furthermore, aware of the presence of such bases and installations in some of those Territories, the Assembly urges the administering Powers concerned to continue to take all necessary measures not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States, and to comply fully with the purposes and principles of the Charter.
وبالاضافة الى ذلك فإن الجمعية العامة، إدراكا منها لوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك اﻷقاليم، تحث الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تورط تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو تدخل ضد دول أخري، وأن تلتزم تماما بمقاصد الميثاق ومبادئه.

9. Calls upon the administering Powers to eliminate the remaining military bases in the Non-Self-Governing Territories in compliance with the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly, and urges them not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States;
٩ - تهيب بالدول القائمة باﻹدارة إزالة القواعد العسكرية المتبقية في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، وتحثها على عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو أي تدخل ضد دول أخرى؛

2. Aware of the presence of such bases and installations in some of those Territories, the Special Committee urges the administering Powers concerned to continue to take all necessary measures not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States.
2 - وإدراكا منها بوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك الأقاليم، فإنها تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تقحم تلك الأقاليم في أي عمليات هجومية أو في أي تدخل ضد الدول الأخرى.

2 - وإدراكا منها بوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك الأقاليم، فإن الجمعية العامة تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تقحم تلك الأقاليم في أي عمليات هجومية أو في أي تدخل ضد الدول الأخرى.

٩ - تطلب إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة إزالة القواعد العسكرية المتبقية في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، وتحثها على عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو أي تدخل ضد دول أخرى؛

٩ - تطلب الى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة إزالة القواعد العسكرية المتبقية في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، وتحثها على عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو أي تدخل ضد دول أخرى؛

6. Urges all concerned to take resolute actions, inter-alia, through legislative measures prohibiting the dissemination of racist and xenophobic ideas and material aimed at any religion or Prophet that constitute incitement or discrimination, hostility or violence and to render all acts whatsoever defaming Islam as " offensive acts " and subject to punishment.
6 - يحث جميع الجهات المعنية على اتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة من ضمنها إجراءات تشريعية تحرم بث الأفكار العنصرية والمحرضة على كراهية الأجانب ونشر مواد من هذا القبيل تستهدف أي دين من الأديان أو نبي من الأنبياء على نحو يحرض على التمييز أو العداء أو العنف، واعتبار جميع الأفعال المسيئة للإسلام، كيفما كانت، " أعمالا مسيئة " تستوجب العقاب.
