Before taking up those paragraphs one by one, I would like to remind the Assembly that for the last two years the Credentials Committee has been unable to take a decision on the credentials of the delegation of Afghanistan.
وقبل أن أتناول تلك الفقرات واحدة تلو اﻷخرى، أود أن أذكﱢر الجمعية بأن لجنة وثائق التفويض لم تستطع خلال العامين الماضيين أن تتخذ قرارا بشأن وثائق تفويض وفد أفغانستان.

In accordance with the first part of paragraph 5, the first half of paragraph 10 informs us that the Committee, having considered the question of the credentials of Afghanistan, decided to defer a decision on the credentials of representatives of Afghanistan.
وعلى غرار ما ورد في الجزء اﻷول من الفقرة ٥، يبلغنا الجزء اﻷول من الفقرة ١٠ بأن اللجنة، بعد أن نظرت في مسألة وثائق التفويض المتعلقة بأفغانستان، قررت أن ترجئ اتخاذ قرار بشأن وثائق تفويض ممثلي أفغانستان.
