3. In its report on the management review of the appeals process, OIOS made a total of 18 recommendations for making the process more effective through the provision of additional resources and the strict use of time limits, as well through improved training, communication and case management.
3 - قدّم مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية، في تقريره عن الاستعراض الإداري لإجراءات الطعون، ما مجموعه 18 توصية ترمي إلى زيادة فعالية تلك الإجراءات من خلال توفير موارد إضافية والالتزام الدقيق بالحدود الزمنية، وكذلك من خلال تحسين التدريب والاتصالات وإدارة القضايا.

1. Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 57/307 of 22 May 2003, the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) hereby submits its report on the management review of the appeals process at the United Nations.
