52. Recalling its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee recommends that the State party:

In the light of the thematic debate in the General Assembly on the rights of children with disabilities, the Special Representative takes this opportunity to highlight the special challenges faced by these children.

In the light of article 23 of the Convention and of its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee urges the State party to adopt a human rights-based approach to disability and specifically recommends that it:

279. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 9 on the rights of children with Disabilities and the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96):
279- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالقيام بما يلي مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9 بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والقواعد الموحدة المتعلقة بتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص لذوي الإعاقة (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/96):

In the light of its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee recommends that the State party make every effort to implement the National Plan of Action on Disabilities 2013 - 2022, and urges the State party to:

(f) Undertake a study on the rights of children with disabilities who are of Roma background and provide the findings from such study in its next periodic report.

" 5. Encourages States parties, in implementing the provisions of the Convention and the Optional Protocols thereto, to take note of the recommendations, observations and general comments of the Committee on the Rights of the Child, including, inter alia, general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities;
" 5 - تشجع الدول الأطراف على أن تأخذ في اعتبارها، لدى تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين، توصيات لجنة حقوق الطفل وملاحظاتها وتعليقاتها العامة، ومنها، في جملة أمور، التعليق العام رقم 9 (2006) المتصل بحقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة؛

84. The Ministry organizes seminars on the rights of children with special needs and on how to care, educate and integrate them into society. It disseminates the culture of participation, promotes gender equality and encourages the rejection of violence.
84- تنظم الوزارة ندوات عن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكيفية العناية بتعليمهم وتثقيفهم ودمجهم في المجتمع، ونشر ثقافة المشاركة، والمساواة بين الجنسين، ونبذ ثقافة العنف.
