Mr. Oquist has worked as Chief of Presidential Advisers for the Government of Nicaragua and has advised the Governments of Ecuador, Mongolia and Pakistan on behalf of UNDP on matters related to public administration, decentralization, the development of the private sector and technical capacity-building in a number of sectors, including information technology, accounting, auditing and training.
