المادة 82: يدخل أيضا في باب المس بأمن الدولة الخارجي قيام ملغاشي أو شخص أجنبي بالتسلل، متنكرا أو تحت اسم مستعار، أو بإخفاء صفته أو جنسيته، إلى حصن أو بناء أو موقع أو ترسانة أو مبنى أو طائرة أو مركبة عسكرية مدرعة أو مؤسسة عسكرية أو بحرية، إلخ.

To refuse such debates is an admission of discomfort or a display of inexcusable arrogance. Values cannot be used as a stone wall against social change, or a fortress against political dissent.
