(و) في الحالات التي يخضع فيها مرتب الموظف والمكافآت التي تدفعها له الأمم المتحدة للاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين حسب هذا النظام ولضريبة الدخل الوطنية في آن واحد، يؤذن للأمين العام أن يرد إلى الموظف مبلغ الاقتطاع الإلزامي المحصل منه، وذلك بالشروط التالية:

Those amounts were paid to him on 28 June 1996.
وقد دفع له هذان المبلغان في ٢٨ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦.

The first three advances paid to him were charged to Headquarters.
وقيدت السلف الثلاث اﻷولى التي دفعت له على المقر.

(f) Where a staff member is subject both to staff assessment under this plan and to national income taxation in respect of the salaries and emoluments paid to him or her by the United Nations, the Secretary-General is authorized to refund to him or her the amount of staff assessment collected from him or her provided that:
)و( في الحالات التي يخضع فيها مرتب الموظف والمكافآت التي تدفعها له اﻷمم المتحدة للاقتطاع اﻹلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين حسب هذا النظام ولضريبة الدخل الوطنية في آن واحد، يؤذن لﻷمين العام أن يرد إليه مبلغ الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي المحصل منه وذلك بالشروط التالية:

)و( في الحالات التي يخضع فيها مرتب الموظف والمكافآت التي تدفعها له المحكمة للاقتطاع اﻹلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين حسب هذا النظام ولضريبة الدخل الوطنية في آن واحد، يؤذن للمسجل أن يرد إليه مبلغ الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي المحصل منه وذلك بالشروط التالية:

(و) في الحالات التي يخضع فيها مرتب الموظف والمكافآت التي تدفعها له الأمم المتحدة للاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين حسب هذا النظام ولضريبة الدخل الوطنية في آن واحد، يؤذن للأمين العام أن يرد إلى الموظف مبلغ الاقتطاع الإلزامي المحصل منه، وذلك بالشروط التالية:

At that time, the amount of his/her pension shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph 2 above on the basis of his/her total period of service and shall be subject to a reduction equal in actuarial value to the amount of any retirement pension paid to him/her before he/she reached the age of 60.
ويحسب مقدار معاشه عندئذ وفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة ٢ أعلاه على أساس مجموع مدة خدمته، ويخضع لتخفيض يعادل في قيمته الحسابية الاكتوارية مقدار أي معاش تقاعدي دفع له قبل بلوغ سن الستين.

At that time, the amount of his/her pension shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph 2 on the basis of his/her total period of service and shall be subject to a reduction equal in actuarial value to the amount of any retirement pension paid to him/her before he/she reached the age of 60.
ويحسب مقدار معاشه عندئذ وفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة ٢ أعلاه على أساس مجموع مدة خدمته، ويخضع لتخفيض يعادل في قيمته الحسابية الاكتوارية مقدار أي معاش تقاعدي دفع له قبل بلوغه سن الستين.
