Mr. Gaspar Martins (Angola) said that eliminating all forms of violence against children was a priority for his Government and it therefore welcomed the report on protecting children from harmful practices in plural legal systems with a special emphasis on Africa, issued in 2012 by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Violence against Children and Plan International.
