This factor is only applicable under conditions of significant anticipated additional costs to the troop/police contributor.
وهذا المعامِل لا ينطبق إلا في الظروف التي تترتب عليها تكاليف إضافية كبيرة متوقعة يتكبدها البلد المساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة.

14. Hostile action means an incident from the action(s) of one or more belligerents, which has a direct and significant negative impact on the personnel and/or equipment of a troop/police contributor.
14 - العمل العدائي يعني حادثاً ينشأ عن عمل يصدر عن جهة أو جهات محاربة ويترتب عليه أثر سلبي مباشر وكبير بالنسبة لأفراد و/أو معدَّات البلد المساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة.

The troop/police contributor is entitled to reimbursement for providing this support.
ويحق للبلد المساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة أن تسدَّد له التكاليف المتعلقة بتوفير هذا الدعم.

22. Major equipment means major items directly related to the unit mission as mutually determined by the United Nations and the troop/police contributor.
22 - المعدَّات الرئيسية تعني بنوداً رئيسية تتصل مباشرةً بمهمة الوحدة حسبما يتم الاتفاق عليه بين الأمم المتحدة والبلد المساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة.

For example, a troop/police contributor might provide services to United Nations police personnel, another contingent, mission substantive staff or United Nations agencies within the area of operations.

(a) Account for all major equipment of the troop/police contributor to be repatriated;
