1- تعتمد الدول الأطراف أو تعزّز، وتنفذ [وتقوم بالترويج ل] القوانين والسياسات والبرامج الاجتماعية ذات الصلة. [بما في ذلك ما يتناول منها الاحتياجات الروحية والأخلاقية] لمنع الممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول.

He further proposed including the words “related criminal acts” in the first clause of the paragraph to make an all—inclusive reference to any acts which might contribute to or be intimately connected with the practices condemned in the protocol.
واقترح أيضاً إدراج عبارة " اﻷفعال اﻹجرامية ذات الصلة " في الجملة اﻷولى من الفقرة لتشكل إشارة شاملة إلى أي أفعال قد تسهم في الممارسات المدانة في البروتوكول أو ترتبط بها ارتباطاً أساسياً.

(أ) [تكفل الدول الأطراف عدم معاقبة الأطفال ضحايا الممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول على هذه الجرائم [رهنا بمراعاة النظام القانوني للدولة]].

2. States Parties shall promote awareness in the public at large, including children, through information [by all means including mass media] and education about the [preventive measures and] harmful effects of the practices condemned in the present protocol.
2- تقوم الدول الأطراف بتعزيز الوعي بين الجمهور بشكل عام، بما في ذلك الأطفال، عن طريق الإعلام [بكل الوسائل بما في ذلك وسائط الإعلام] والتثقيف فيما يتعلق [بالتدابير الوقائية و] بالآثار الضارة للممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول.

4. States Parties shall ensure that all child victims of the practices condemned in the present protocol have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation for damages from those legally responsible.
4- تؤمّن الدول الأطراف لجميع الأطفال ضحايا الممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول إمكانية الوصول إلى الإجراءات المناسبة لالتماس الحصول، دون تمييز، على تعويض عن الأضرار التي لحقتهم من الأشخاص المسؤولين قانوناً عن ذلك.

72. The Chairman-Rapporteur suggested, for the sake of consistency, to use a standard phrase to refer to “sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography”. It should read as follows: “practices condemned in the present protocol”.
٢٧- اقترح الرئيس - المقرر، توخيا لﻹتساق، استخدام عبارة موحدة لﻹشارة إلى " بيع اﻷطفال، وبغاء اﻷطفال، والتصوير اﻹباحي لﻷطفال " ، يكون نصها كما يلي: " الممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول " .

٤- تؤمّن الدول اﻷطراف لجميع اﻷطفال ضحايا الممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول إمكانية الوصول إلى الاجراءات المناسبة لالتماس الحصول، دون تمييز، على تعويض عن اﻷضرار التي لحقتهم من اﻷشخاص المسؤولين قانوناً عن ذلك.

In order to put an end to the practices condemned in the draft, the Commission on Human Rights was asked to consider, as a matter of priority, during its fiftieth session, the creation of a working group to study the elaboration of guidelines of a possible draft convention aimed at eradicating all practices that were harmful to the development of the child, in particular, child prostitution and child pornography.

[These shall [could], inter alia, consist of medical, social [economic] and legal assistance.]
3- تتخذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير الممكنة، التي تهدف إلى تأمين تقديم كل المساعدات المناسبة إلى ضحايا الممارسات المدانة في هذا البروتوكول، وكذلك إعادة إدماجهم الكامل اجتماعياً وتحقيق شفائهم الكامل بدنياً ونفسياً. 63. The observer for the Islamic Republic of Iran stated that it would not be fair to pass judgement on the responsibility of children victims of the practices condemned in the optional protocol unless important elements, inter alia, the culpability of the child victim, the definition of victims and the age of responsibility of a child, were clarified and defined.
٣٦- وذكر المراقب عن جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أنه لن يكون من العدل إصدار حكم يتعلق بمسؤولية اﻷطفال الضحايا للممارسات المدانة في البروتوكول الاختياري ما لم يتم توضيح وتعريف عناصر هامة تشمل في جملة أمور استحقاق الطفل الضحية للعقوبة، وتعريف عبارة الضحايا وتحديد سن الرشد للطفل.
