The contract for the supply and installation of furniture at the Aradet Housing Complex in Baiji (Project B) was signed on 10 August 1989 between Šipad and the Employer (the “Project B Contract”).

Šipad stated it incurred losses on three separate phases of the Aradet Housing Complex in Baiji, Iraq: (a) construction works (“Project A”); (b) furnishing (“Project B”); and (c) the second stage (“Project C”), (collectively the “Project”).
