82. The General Assembly in its resolution 48/141 mandates the High Commissioner to promote and protect the realization of the right to development and to enhance support from relevant bodies of the United Nations system for that purpose.
82- كلفت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 48/141، المفوضة السامية بتعزيز وحماية إعمال الحق في التنمية وتشجيع هيئات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة على تقديم الدعم لذلك الغرض.

12. Requests the High Commissioner for Human Rights to continue promoting the implementation of the right to development and the Declaration on the Right to Development, inter alia, by working closely with the Working Group on the Right to Development and making recommendations for enhancing the support of relevant bodies of the United Nations system, in fulfilment of his mandate to promote and protect the realization of the right to development;

30. In paragraph 15 of resolution 1994/21, the Commission urged the High Commissioner to make recommendations towards enhancing the support from relevant bodies of the United Nations system in fulfilment of his mandate to promote and protect the realization of the right to development.
٠٣- وحثت اللجنة المفوض السامي في الفقرة ٥١ من القرار ٤٩٩١/١٢ على وضع توصيات ترمي إلى تعزيز الدعم المقدم من الهيئات ذات الصلة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة في النهوض بولايته عن تعزيز وحماية إعمال الحق في التنمية.

In its resolution 48/141, in which the General Assembly established the post of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Assembly directed the High Commissioner to promote and protect the realization of the right to development and to enhance support from relevant bodies of the United Nations system for this purpose.

6. In implementing its mandate to promote and protect the realization of the right to development, OHCHR is guided by the Declaration on the Right to Development, the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, and relevant resolutions of the General Assembly, the Commission on Human Rights and the Human Rights Council.
6- تسترشد المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان في تنفيذ ولايتها الرامية إلى تعزيز وحماية إعمال الحق في التنمية بإعلان الحق في التنمية، وبإعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا وبقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة ولجنة حقوق الإنسان ومجلس حقوق الإنسان.

General Assembly resolution 48/141 establishing the mandate of the High Commissioner specifically sets out her responsibility " to promote and protect the realization of the right to development and to enhance support from relevant bodies of the United Nations system for this purpose " (para. 4 (c)).

In its resolution 41/128 of 4 December 1986, the General Assembly adopted the Declaration on the Right to Development and in its resolution 48/141 mandated the High Commissioner, inter alia, to promote and protect the realization of the right to development and enhance support from relevant bodies in the United Nations system for that purpose.
٢٦ - اعتمدت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤١/١٢٨ المؤرخ ٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٦ إعلان الحق في التنمية، وفي قرارها ٤٨/١٤١، أوكلت إلى المفوض السامي، في جملة أمور، أن يقوم بتعزيز وحماية إعمال الحق في التنمية وزيادة الدعم المقدم لهذا الغرض من الهيئات ذات الصلة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.
