يشمل نظام الجودة كل العناصر والاشتراطات والأحكام التي أقرتها هيئة الفحص الدوري والاختبار، ويوثق بطريقة منظمة ومرتبة في شكل سياسات وإجراءات وتوجيهات مكتوبة.

The quality system shall include:

6.2.2.5.3.1 The quality system shall contain all the elements, requirements, and provisions adopted by the manufacturer. It shall be documented in a systematic and orderly manner in the form of written policies, procedures and instructions.
6-2-2-5-3-1 يتضمن نظام الجودة كل العناصر والاشتراطات والأحكام التي اعتمدها الصانع، ويكون موثقاً بطريقة واسعة ومنظمة، في شكل سياسات وإجراءات وتوجيهات مكتوبة.

6.2.2.5.3.2 Audit of the quality system

6.2.2.5.4.1 The initial design type approval shall consist of approval of the manufacturer's quality system and approval of the pressure receptacle design to be produced.
6-2-2-5-4-1 يتألف الاعتماد الأولي للطراز التصميمي من اعتماد نظام الجودة لدى الصانع واعتماد تصميم وعـاء الضغـط الذي ينتج.

In such a case, the manufacturer's quality system according to 6.2.2.5.3 shall have been approved during the initial design type approval and shall be applicable for the new design.
وفي هذه الحالة سيكون نظام الجودة لدى الصانع بمقتضى 6-2-2-5-3 قد أقر أثناء اعتماد النموذج التصميمي الأول، ويطبق على التصميم الجديد.

Manufacturer 6.2.2.5.2.6 The manufacturer shall operate a documented quality system in accordance with 6.2.2.5.3;
