Lastly, he maintains that all his allegations in relation to articles 7, 10 and 14 (paras. 5 and 7) of the Covenant were invoked at the domestic level and/or were the basis of both the appeal in cassation filed with the Supreme Court and the application for amparo filed with the Constitutional Court.

3.3 In relation to articles 7 and 10 of the Covenant, the author recalls that, during his detention in police custody, he was forced to sleep on the floor of an unventilated cell measuring approximately 8 m2 with 20 other persons.
3-3 وفي إطار المادتين 7 و10 من العهد، يشير صاحب البلاغ إلى أنه اضطر خلال فترة حبسه احتياطياً إلى افتراش الأرض في زنزانة خالية من التهوئة تبلغ مساحتها نحو 8م2 مع 20 شخصاً.

To this end, they suggested that the Chairman of the drafting group work informally to draw the elements together in consultation with delegations, in particular in relation to articles 12 and 13 where there seemed to be most common ground.
