١٠٤ - وأكدت السلطات - بما فيها وزير العدل ووزير اﻷوقاف - عدم وجود تمييز ديني، وأشارت إلى أن المواطنة تمثل المرجعية في السودان وأنه لا توجد مجموعة دينية تمارس احتكارا على حساب المجموعات اﻷخرى، وهذا يثبته بصفة خاصة وجود غير المسلمين داخل الحكومة والبرلمان واﻹدارة والجيش.
