88 - تُوصى الدول بجمع بيانات لتستخدمها في التقارير التي تقدم إلى لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري، لتوضح حالة التمييز العنصري في البلد المعني.

4. The deliberations of the Committee on Information are reflected in its report to the General Assembly. 1/ As in the past, the present report avoids, to the extent possible, repetition of the material contained in the reports submitted to the Committee on Information.

Article 44 of the Convention further provides, in paragraph 2, that reports submitted to the Committee on the Rights of the Child shall indicate factors and difficulties, if any, affecting the fulfilment of the obligations under the Convention and shall also contain sufficient information to provide the Committee with a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the Convention in the country concerned.
2- كما تنص المادة 44 من الاتفاقية، في الفقرة 2 منها، على أن توضح التقارير المقدمة إلى لجنة حقوق الطفل العوامل والصعاب التي تؤثر على درجة الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعهد بها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، إن وجدت مثل هذه العوامل والصعاب، وأن تشتمل التقارير أيضاً على معلومات كافية توفر للجنة فهماً شاملاً لتنفيذ الاتفاقية في البلد المعني.

86- تُوصى الدول بجمع بيانات توضح حالة التمييز العنصري في البلد المعني لاستخدامها في التقارير التي تقدم إلى لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري.

Together, they contribute to the reports submitted to the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Convention and promoting the disability agenda in development.
