4. As part of the effort to reform and restructure the United Nations, greater attention should be devoted to observing the principle of universality enshrined in the Charter through, inter alia, the Restoration of the lawful rights of the Republic of China.
٤ - وأردفت تقول إنه كجزء من الجهود المبذولة ﻹصلاح اﻷمم المتحدة وإعادة تشكيلها، ينبغي تكريس مزيد من الانتباه إلى احترام مبدأ العالمية المنصوص عليه في الميثاق، وذلك من خلال جملة أمور منها إعادة الحقوق المشروعة لجمهورية الصين.
