Mr. Sattorov's parents spent two days to locate their son in the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Department of the Zhelezhnodorozhny District, Dushanbe.
وظل والدا السيد ساتوروف لمدة يومين يستعلمان عن مكان وجود ابنهما فعرفا أنه محتجز في إدارة منطقة زيليزنودورزني التابعة لوزارة الداخلية في دوشانبيه.

Mr. Sattorov was kept at the Internal Affair's Department for 21 days. He was then transferred to a temporary detention centre; from there, he was transferred to a pretrial detention centre.
وظل السيد ساتوروف محتجزاً لدى إدارة وزارة الداخلية لمدة واحد وعشرين يوماً، ثم نُقل إلى مركز من مراكز الاحتجاز المؤقت؛ ومنه إلى مركز من مراكز الاحتجاز السابق للمحاكمة.

2.8 Mr. Sattorov's case was examined by the Criminal College of the Supreme Court of Tajikistan on 21 November 2002.
2-8 وفي 21 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002، نظرت الدائرة الجنائية للمحكمة العليا في طاجيكستان في قضية السيد ساتوروف.

2.11 On 21 November 2002, the Supreme Court found Mr. Sattorov guilty of all charges and sentenced him to the death.
2-11 وفي 21 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002، أدانت المحكمة العليا السيد ساتوروف في جميع التهم الموجهة إليه وحكمت عليه بالإعدام.

4.4 At the beginning of the preliminary investigation, Mr. Sattorov admitted his membership in the gang of Erov.

The Committee further notes that in his appeal to the appeal instance of the Supreme Court, the author's son's lawyer referred to the fact that his client's confessions were obtained through torture and that in court, Mr. Sattorov had also confirmed this.
كما تلاحظ اللجنة أن محامي ابن صاحبة البلاغ قد أشار في دعوى الاستئناف أمام دائرة الاستئناف التابعة للمحكمة العليا إلى أن اعترافات موكله قد انتُزعت منه بالتعذيب، وقد أكد السيد ساتوروف ذلك أمام المحكمة.
