67. In response to General Assembly resolution 55/225 A, the Secretary-General submitted a report (A/55/756) on the conditions of service of the ad litem judges of ICTY.
67 - واستجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 55/225 ألف، قدم الأمين العام تقريره (A/55/756) عن شروط خدمة القضاة المخصصين في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة.

42. The Tribunal takes note of General Assembly resolution 65/258, concerning the terms and conditions of service of the ad litem judges serving at the ad hoc Tribunals and by which it granted a one-time ex gratia payment to those who have been in full-time uninterrupted service for longer than three years.
42 - وتحيط المحكمة علما بقرار الجمعية العامة 65/258 بشأن مُدد وشروط خدمة القضاة المخصصين العاملين في المحاكم المخصصة الذي منحت بموجبه القضاة المخصصين الذين عملوا على أساس التفرغ لفترة تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات دون انقطاع هبة تُدفع مرة واحدة عند انتهاء الخدمة.
