The documents and the instructions were agreed by the small intersessional working group on harmonization of forms for notification and movement documents and related instructions and are presented for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties.

4. Mandates the small intersessional working group to consider, working by electronic means and at a meeting to be held immediately before the eighth meeting of the Conference of the Parties:
4 - تكليف الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات بالقيام عن طريق العمل بالوسائل الإلكترونية وفي اجتماع يعقد مباشرة قبل الاجتماع الثامن لمؤتمر الأطراف بالنظر فيما يلي:

A meeting of the small intersessional working group was held on 23 October 2004.
وقد عُقد اجتماع للفريق العامل الصغير لما بين الدورات في 23 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2004.

Welcoming with appreciation the work of Brazil and the small intersessional working group on the review of the technical guidelines on environmentally sound management of used tyres,
إذ يرحب مع التقدير بالعمل الذي اضطلعت به البرازيل والفريق العامل الصغير فيما بين الدورات بشأن استعراض المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئياً للإطارات المستعملة.

2. Extends the mandate of the small intersessional working group on used tyres established by decision OEWG VI/3, which will work in particular by electronic means;
2 - يمدد ولاية الفريق العامل الصغير بين الدورات المعني بالإطارات المستعملة الذي أنشئ بمقتضى مقرر الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية - 6/3، الذي سيعمل على وجه الخصوص بالوسائل الإلكترونية؛

5. Requests the Secretariat to present the outcome of the work of the small intersessional working group to the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting for its consideration and posssible adoption;
5 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تعرض نتائج عمل الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات على مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه الثامن للنظر فيها واحتمال اعتمادها؛

11. Requests the small intersessional working group to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 9 above and to present its outcome, through the Secretariat, to the Openended working Group for its consideration;
11 - يطلب إلى الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات أن ينظر في التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 9 آنفاً وأن يقدم نتائجه، من خلال الأمانة، إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية للنظر فيها؛

3. Invites Parties and others to nominate further participants for the small intersessional working group and submit such nominations to the Secretariat by 30 April 2006;
3 - يدعو الأطراف وغيرها إلى القيام قبل 30 نيسان/أبريل 2006 بتسمية مشتركين آخرين في الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات وبموافاة الأمانة بذلك؛

The Open-ended Working Group may wish to consider whether the mandate of the small intersessional working group should be extended further and whether the tasks included in the work programme approved by the third session of the Open-ended Working Group should be completed, having regard to the request of the Conference of the Parties in its decision VII/26.
14 - وقد يرغب الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية في أن ينظر فيما إذا كان ينبغي مد ولاية الفريق العامل الصغير لما بين الدورات لفترة أطول وما إذا كانت ينبغي الانتهاء من المهام المتضمنة ببرنامج العمل المعتمد من قبل الدورة الثالثة للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية، مع مراعاة طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 7/26.

In response to the invitation in paragraph 6 of decision SC-6/3, nominations of experts to participate in the small intersessional working group were received from the following parties: Algeria, Canada, Gabon, Mexico and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
6 - واستجابة للدعوة الواردة في الفقرة 6 من المقرر ا س -6/3، وردت ترشيحات للخبراء الذين سيشاركون في الفريق العامل الصغير لما بين الدورات من الأطراف التالية: الجزائر، وغابون، وكندا، والمكسيك، والمملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وأيرلندا الشمالية.

4. Requests Brazil and the small intersessional working group to prepare a revised version of the technical guidelines on used tyres by 31 January 2008;
4 - يطلب من البرازيل والفريق العامل الصغير فيما بين الدورات إعداد نسخة منقحة من المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بشأن الإطارات المستعملة قبل 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008؛

He also invited interested Parties and others to submit names or contact points for nominations to the small intersessional working group to Mr. Ibrahim Shafii of the Secretariat.
كما دعا الأطراف المعنية وغيرها إلى تقديم الأسماء والعناوين الخاصة بتعييناتهم للفريق العامل المصغر لفترة ما بين الدورات إلى السيد إبراهيم شافعي من الأمانة.

Canada, the chair of the small intersessional working group on the development of technical guidelines on persistent organic pollutant wastes, would give a progress report on the work done.
وستقدم كندا، بوصفها رئيس الفريق المصغّر العامل بين الدورات المعني بوضع مبادئ توجيهية تقنية بشأن نفايات الملوثات العضوية الثابتة، تقريراً مرحلياً عن العمل الذي أُنجز.
