أما إذا كانت هذه الدول الأطراف مرتبطة بمعاهدة من هذا القبيل، فتطبق الأحكام المقابلة في تلك المعاهدة، ما لم تتفق الدول الأطراف على تطبيق الفقرات من 8 إلى 19 من هذا المرفق بدلا منها.

If those States Parties are bound by such a treaty, the corresponding provisions of that treaty shall apply unless the States Parties agree to apply paragraphs 9 to 29 of this article in lieu thereof.
