According to the draft code, the subscribing States will implement, inter alia, the following confidence-building measures:

This Code aims at increasing transparency and trust among subscribing States by implementing specific confidence-building measures.

The subscribing States come from all political and regional groups, including approximately 50 members of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
