2. Victims of transboundary damage should have access to remedies in the State of origin that are no less prompt, adequate and effective than those available to victims that suffer damage, from the same incident, within the territory of that State.

2 - ينبغي أن تتاح لضحايا الضرر العابر للحدود سبل انتصاف في دولة المصدر لا تقل من حيث كونها سريعة ووافية وفعالة عن السبل المتاحة في إقليم تلك الدولة للضحايا الذين لحق بهم ضرر من الحادث نفسه.

(b) By virtue of national law governing the liability for such damage, provided that such law is in all respects as favourable to persons who may suffer damage as either the Paris or Vienna Conventions. "
(ب) بموجب القانون الوطني الذي يحكم المسؤولية عن تلك الأضرار، شريطة أن يكون ذلك القانون، بكل جوانبه، مساويا لاتفاقية باريس أو لاتفاقية فيينا في مراعاته للأشخاص الذين قد يصيبهم الضرر. "

(b) Under national law applicable to the liability for such damage, provided that such law is in all respects as favourable to persons that may suffer damage as either the Paris or Vienna Conventions or the Convention on Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage.
(ب) بمقتضى القانون الوطني المنطبق على المسؤولية عن ذلك الضرر، شريطة أن يكون ذلك القانون، بكل جوانبه، مساويا لاتفاقية باريس أو اتفاقية فيينا أو اتفاقية التعويض التكميلي عن الأضرار النووية في مراعاته للأشخاص الذين قد يصيبهم الضرر.
