The Special Rapporteur pointed out that the replies provided by the Government had been contested by the source of the allegations, which reiterated its earlier allegations and claimed that the information supplied by the Government did not provide an accurate account of the circumstances.

68. A more comprehensive text could be considered for inclusion in all future end-user certificates supplied by the Government of the Sudan, which would remove any potential for ambiguity or interpretation of the exact applicability of the certificates.

Referring to its previous comments, the Committee noted the information supplied by the Government on section 2 of Legislative Decree No. 1.245/96.
وأشارت اللجنة إلى تعليقاتها السابقة، وأحاطت علما بالمعلومات التي قدمتها الحكومة عن البند 2 من المرسوم التشريعي رقم 1245/96.

Convention No 100: In its 2003 direct request, the Committee noted the information supplied by the Government to the effect that, in practice, there was a clear difference between men's pay and women's pay in virtually all branches, categories of occupation, occupational groups and at all levels of education and that the differential favours men.
الاتفاقية رقم 100: في طلبها المباشر لعام 2003، لاحظت اللجنة المعلومات التي قدمتها الحكومة والتي تفيد بأن هناك، من الناحية العملية فرقا واضحا بين أجور الرجال وأجور النساء في كل فروع وفئات المهن والمجموعات المهنية تقريبا وعلي كل المستويات التعليمية، وأن الفارق لصالح الرجال.

13. Any information supplied by the Government concerned on specific cases shall be transmitted to the sources from which the communications were received, with a request for comments on the subject or additional information.
١٣- تحال أي معلومات تقدمها الحكومة المعنية بشأن الحالات المحددة الى المصادر التي وردت منها البلاغات مصحوبة بطلب ابداء ملاحظاتها بشأن هذا الموضوع أو تقديم معلومات اضافية عنه.

4. The net additional requirement of $111,200 resulted from recording charges under the utilities budget line relating to the changeover from UNDOF generators to electricity supplied by the Government of Syria to Camp Faouar at a lower cost and the funding of some unbudgeted construction projects for the improvement of shelters at position 27 and the shelter at Mt. Hermon base.
٤ - نجم صافي الاحتياجات اﻹضافية البالغ ٢٠٠ ١١١ دولار عن تقييد تكاليف تحت بند " المنافع " في الميزانية فيمـا يتصل بالتحـول مــن المولدات الكهربائية التابعة للقوة الى الكهرباء التي توفرها حكومة سوريا الى مخيـم فـوار بتكلفة أقل، وتمويل بعض مشاريع البناء غير المدرجة في الميزانية لتحسين المآوى في الموقع ٢٧ والملجأ في قاعدة جبل الشيخ.
