1. At its sixty-fourth session, the International Law Commission adopted on first reading the Text of the draft articles on the expulsion of aliens and the commentaries thereto.
1 - اعتمدت لجنة القانون الدولي في قراءة أولى، في دورتها الرابعة والستين، نص مشاريع المواد المتعلقة بطرد الأجانب مشفوعة بشروحها().

Mr. Kamto (Special Rapporteur) said that in fact no State had abided by the final date for the submission of comments on the Text of the draft articles on the expulsion of aliens and the commentaries thereto, which the International Law Commission had adopted on first reading at its sixty-fourth session.
