3. The Commission furthermore affirmed that all persons who committed or authorized violations of human rights or international humanitarian law were individually responsible and accountable for those violations and that the international community would exert every effort to ensure that those responsible were brought to justice.

4. Also reaffirms that all persons who perpetrate or authorize crimes against humanity or other violations of international humanitarian law are individually responsible for those violations and that those in positions of authority who have failed to ensure that persons under their control comply with the relevant international instruments are accountable, together with the perpetrators;

7. Supports the determination of the Security Council that all persons who perpetrate or authorize violations of international humanitarian law are individually responsible for those breaches and that the international community shall exert every effort to bring them to justice;
٧ - تؤيد تصميم مجلس اﻷمن على اعتبار جميع اﻷشخاص الذين يرتكبون أو يأمرون بارتكاب هذه الانتهاكات لحقوق اﻹنسان والقانون اﻹنساني الدولي مسؤولين عن ذلك شخصيا، وعلى ضرورة أن يبذل المجتمع الدولي قصارى جهده لتقديمهم للعدالة؛
