It states that every child has the right to be protected from torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, and in particular:
وتوضح أن لكل طفل الحق في الحماية من التعذيب والمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية واللاإنسانية والمهينة، وتحظر على وجه الخصوص:

It affirms that every child has the right to a non-discriminatory education that fully respects cultural identity and language needs.
وتؤكد أن لكل طفل الحق في تعليم غير تمييزي يحترم هويته الثقافية واحتياجاته اللغوية احتراما كاملا.

8. Reaffirms that every child has the right to acquire a nationality, and recognizes the special needs of children for protection against arbitrary deprivation of nationality;
8- يؤكد من جديد أن لكل طفل الحق في الحصول على جنسية، ويسلِّم باحتياجات الأطفال الخاصة إلى الحماية من الحرمان التعسفي من الجنسية؛

61. The Convention on the Rights of the Child states that every child has the right to grow up in a family environment.
61 - وتنص اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يترعرع في بيئة عائلية.

Article 7 of the Convention provides that every child has the right to a name and a nationality, and it stipulates that boys and girls should be registered immediately after birth.
وتنص المادة 7 من الاتفاقية على أن لكل طفل الحق في اسم وفي اكتساب جنسية، وتنص على وجه التحديد على أنه ينبغي أن يُسجل المولود، ذكراً كان أم أنثى، بعد ولادته فوراً.

Article 22 of the Act states that every child has the right to receive an education in accordance with the education law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
356- تنص المادة 22 من القانون على أن لكل طفل الحق في تلقي تعليم وفقا لقانون التعليم في جمهورية أذربيجان.

113. Article 24 of the Covenant states that every child has the right to protection owing to his status as a minor, that every child shall be registered and shall have a name, and that every child has the right to acquire a nationality.
٣١١- تنص المادة ٤٢ من العهد على أن لكل طفل الحق في الحماية التي يقتضيها كونه قاصرا، وأن يتوجب تسجيل كل طفل ويعطى اسما يعرف به، وأن لكل طفل الحق في اكتساب جنسية.

Article 10 of the Act provides that every child has the right to have a name that distinguishes him, and that that name shall be inscribed at the time of his birth in a register of births, in accordance with the terms of the Civil Status and Civil Registration Act.
349- كما تضمنت المادة 10 من القانون المذكور أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يكون لـه اسم يميزه يسجل عند الميلاد في سجلات المواليد وفقاً لأحكام قانون الأحوال المدنية والسجل المدني.

85. Article 10 of the Rights of the Child Act affirms that every child has the right to a name which distinguishes him or her from others and which is entered at birth in the birth registers.
٨٥- أكدت المادة ١٠ من قانون حقوق الطفل أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يكون لـه اسم يميزه عن غيره، يسجل عند الميلاد في سجلات المواليد.

Article 53 provides that every child has the right to be protected from abuse, neglect, harmful cultural practices, all forms of violence, inhuman treatment and punishment, and hazardous or exploitative labour;
وتنص المادة 53 على أن لكل طفل الحق في الحماية من إساءة المعاملة أو الإهمال أو الممـارسات الثقافية الضارة، ومن كل أشكال العنف أو المعاملة أو العقاب اللاإنسانيين أو العمل الاستغلالي أو المنطوي على مخاطر؛

203. The rights of children in the family are also set out in the Act on the Rights of Children, which states that every child has the right to the living conditions necessary for full physical, psychological, moral and spiritual development (art. 12, para. 1).
203- وحقوق الطفل في الأسرة منصوص عليها أيضاً في قانون جمهورية كازاخستان " حقوق الطفل في جمهورية كازاخستان " الذي ينص على أن لكل طفل الحق في مستوى من المعيشة والظروف المعيشية اللازمة لتحقيق نموه الكامل الجسماني والعقل والأخلاقي والروحي.

In particular, article 25 was the subject of a general comment adopted by the Human Rights Committee at its 57th session.a Further, there is a provision in article 24 that states that every child has the right to acquire a nationality.
وقد كانت المادة ٢٥ بصفة خاصة موضع تعليق عام أقرته اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها السابعة والخمسين)أ(. وفي المادة ٢٤ كذلك نص يقرر أن لكل طفل الحق في اكتساب جنسية.

87. Article 22 (2) of the Child Act 2008 stated that: " every child has the right to be protected from the following types of treatment and abuse while in the care of parents, legal guardians, teachers, police or any other person who has care of a child:
87- وتنص المادة 22 (2) من قانون الطفل لعام 2008 على أن " لكل طفل الحق في الحماية من ضروب المعاملة والإيذاء التالية خلال وجوده تحت رعاية الأبوين أو الأوصياء أو المدرسين أو الشرطة أو أي شخص آخر تقع عليه مسؤولية رعاية الطفل:

The Convention on the Rights of the Child posits especially that every child has the right to education. The Special Rapporteur's initial survey of constitutional guarantees of the right to education (E/CN.4/2001/52, para. 67) has revealed that absence of citizenship may constitute the most widespread legal obstacle to the enjoyment of the right to education.
وتفترض اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على وجه خاص أن لكل طفل الحق في التعليم، وكشفت الدراسة الاستقصائية للمقـررة الخاصة والمتعلقة بالضمانات الدستورية للحق في التعليم (E/CN.4/2001/52 الفقرة 67) أن انعدام المواطنة ربما يعد أكثر العقبات القانونية انتشاراً في وجه التمتع بالحق في التعليم.

62. Article 24 of the Convention provides that every child has the right to the highest attainable standard of health and to facilities for the treatment of illness and rehabilitation of health and urges States to " ensure that no child is deprived of his or her right of access to such health care services " .
62- تنص المادة 24 من الاتفاقية على أن لكل طفل الحق في أعلى مستوى صحي يمكن بلوغه وفي مرافق لعلاج الأمراض وإعادة التأهيل الصحي وتحث الدول على أن " تضمن ألا يُحرم أي طفل من حقه في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية هذه " .
