The General Assembly, in its resolution 55/249 of 12 April 2001, endorsed the observations and recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report (A/55/806, paras. 7-15), on the emoluments, travel and subsistence regulations and disability payments for the ad litem judges of ICTY.

83. The General Assembly, in its resolution 57/289, endorsed the observations and recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report (A/57/593, para. 23) on the conditions of service for the ad litem judges of ICTR.

The frameworks also take into account the recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report (A/59/736) and as endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 59/296.

6. In its resolution 54/241 B of 15 June 2000, the General Assembly, acting on the recommendation of the Advisory Committee contained in its report dated 4 May 2000 (A/54/858), appropriated an additional amount of $65,789,000 gross ($66,606,500 net) for the operation of UNAMSIL for the financial period 1999-2000.

147. Like the 2005/06 performance reports, the results-based frameworks in the 2007/08 budgets build on lessons learned from the previous financial period. The frameworks also take into account the recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report (A/60/880) and as endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 60/266.
147- وعلى غرار تقارير أداء الفترة 2005-2006، تتخذ الأطر القائمة على النتائج في ميزانيات الفترة 2007-2008 الدروس المستفادة من الفترة المالية السابقة منطلقا لها, وتراعي هذه الأطر أيضا توصيات اللجنة الاستشارية الواردة في تقريرها (A/60/880) بالصورة التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة في قرارها 60/266.

By its resolution 61/245, the General Assembly endorsed the conclusions and recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report on the comprehensive review of governance and oversight within the United Nations and its funds, programmes and specialized agencies (A/61/605).

12. Paragraph 4 of document A/52/401/Add.2 outlines the proposals of the Secretary-General contained in his report (A/48/945 and Corr.1) and the recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report (A/49/664/Add.1) to guide the disposition of assets of peacekeeping operations which were endorsed by the General Assembly in section VII of its resolution 49/233 A of 23 December 1994.

The Advisory Committee recalls that the General Assembly, in its resolution 62/247, endorsed the recommendations of the Advisory Committee contained in its report (see A/62/7/Add.35) requesting that a complete analysis and justification or the envisaged restructuring be provided, including the impact that the team/unit concept and the relocation of investigators from peacekeeping missions would have on staff.

17. In section XIII, paragraph 2 of its resolution 65/259, the General Assembly endorsed the recommendation of the Advisory Committee contained in its report on budgetary requirements for special political missions (A/65/602, para. 74), that the Secretary-General be requested to provide, in the context of his next report, clarification of the policy for the delegation of procurement authority to field missions.
