It also notes with concern that it has been difficult to estimate the need for specific training courses due to a general lack of researchbased information on the areas covered by the Optional Protocol.
كما تحيط اللجنة علماً مع القلق بالصعوبة المواجهة في تقدير الحاجة إلى دورات تدريبية معينة نتيجة الافتقار العام إلى معلومات مستقاة من أبحاث في المجالات المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee is concerned that the implementation of the Protocol is seriously hampered by the lack of adequate resources available for programmes and projects in the areas covered by the Optional Protocol.
