The State party contends that the issue before the Committee should be whether the authors' rights under the Covenant have been violated by the decisions of the courts in the specific cases, which concern the authors.
وتقول الدولة الطرف إن المسألة المعروضة على اللجنة ينبغي أن تكون ما إذا كانت حقوق أصحاب البلاغ بموجب العهد قد انتهكت نتيجة للقرارات التي أصدرتها المحاكم في قضايا محددة، ذات أهمية لأصحاب البلاغ.

In the circumstances, and in the absence of any information in this regard from the State party, the Committee also concluded that the authors' rights under article 19, paragraph 2, of the Covenant had been violated.

The Committee finds the grounds for so limiting the authors' rights under article 17 not to be reasonable.
