Thus, Ukraine reconfirms big importance of the recent statement of the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs (as one of the parties to the Budapest Memorandum) on the inadmissibility of external interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine and the importance of creating conditions for Ukraine's development as a part of a pan-European family.
