Article 42 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia states that " Khmer Citizens shall have the right to establish associations and political parties.
وتنص المادة 42 من دستور مملكة كمبوديا على أن " للمواطنين الخمير الحق في تشكيل جمعيات وأحزاب سياسية.

To enforce this law, the government has taken a lot of measures to implement it and monitor the labor law implementation, especially under the article 172 and in line with the article 46.2 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

233. Women have equal rights to ownership, as stated in Article 44 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia: " All persons, individually or collectively, shall have the right to ownership.
233- وللمرأة حقوق متساوية في الملكية حسبما تنص عليه المادة 44 من دستور المملكة: " يتمتع جميع الأشخاص على نطاق الفرد أو الجماعة بالحق في الملكية.

This right is guaranteed and protected by Article 40 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which states that, " The freedom of citizens to travel, far and near, and to legal settlement shall be respected.
وهذا الحق مكفول ومحمي بموجب المادة 40 من دستور المملكة التي تنص على الآتي: " تحترم حرية المواطن في السفر إلى أماكن بعيدة وقريبة وفي الاستقرار القانوني.

16. The Royal Government of Cambodia has made great efforts in setting up and adopting numerous policies, laws and regulations in line with the existing international instruments in land sector, in order to respond to the needs of the people and society as a whole, especially to ensure that the basic rights of the people shall be protected under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
16- تبذل حكومة مملكة كمبوديا الملكية جهداً كبيراً في مجال وضع واعتماد العديد من السياسات والقوانين والأنظمة التي تتماشى مع الصكوك الدولية القائمة في قطاع الأراضي، وذلك بهدف تلبية الاحتياجات للأفراد وللمجتمع بأسره، ولا سيما كفالة حماية الحقوق الأساسية للأفراد بموجب دستور المملكة.

38. Along with these legal protections guaranteeing equality, Article 39 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia allows women who believe that their legal rights to equality have been abused the right to file a complaint with any court to settle the case.
38- وإضافة إلى سبل الحماية القانونية المذكورة التي تكفل المساواة تمنح المادة 39 من دستور المملكة المرأة التي ترى أن حقوقها القانونية في المساواة قد انتهكت الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى أي محكمة لكي تبت في القضية.
