٥ - يخطر الوديع على الفور جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع وتاريخ إيداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، وبورود أي إشعارات أخرى.

In accordance with article 68, the Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
ويبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، وفقا للمادة 68، في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ ايداع الصك الثلاثين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام.

3. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the date of deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification.
3- يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق اعتبارا من اليوم الثلاثين اللاحق لتاريخ إيداع خامس وثيقة من وثائق التصديق.

4. After the entry into force of this Amendment, as provided under paragraphs 1 and 2, it shall enter into force for any other Party to the Protocol on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
4 - وعقب بدء نفاذ هذا التعديل، على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرتين 1 و2، يبدأ نفاذ التعديل على أي طرف آخر في البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين التالي للتاريخ الذي يودع فيه صكه للتصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة.

Six months after the date of deposit of the instrument of denunciation, the Protocol shall no longer be in force for the denouncing State, but shall remain in force for the other States Parties.
ولا يعود البروتوكول نافذا بالنسبة للدولة المنسحبة بعد مرور ستة أشهر على تاريخ ايداع صك الانسحاب ، ولكنه يبقى نافذا بالنسبة للدول اﻷطراف اﻷخرى .

Instruments of acceptance shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations and shall become effective on the date of deposit.
وتودع صكوك القبول لدى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة وتصبح نافذة من تاريخ إيداعها.

In such cases, any such amendments shall enter into force for each of those parties on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
وفي هذه الحالات، يبدأ نفاذ أية تعديلات من هذا القبيل بالنسبة إلى كل طرف من تلك الأطراف في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداعه لصك تنفيذه أو قبوله أو إقراره أو انضمامه لذلك التعديل.
