The draft resolution we are submitting today for the consideration of the General Assembly takes note of the conclusions and recommendations contained in the third and fourth reports of the Director of the Mission regarding compliance by the Government of Guatemala and the URNG with the commitments made in the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights and to the human rights aspects of the agreement on Identity and Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
