وهيئات ومؤسسات الدولة، ولا سيما وزارة المالية ومصرف كوستاريكا المركزي ومكتب السجلات العامة وهيئات الضرائب العامة، فضلا عن الكيانات المشار إليها في المادتين 14 و 15 من هذا القانون ملزمة بتقديم المعلومات المطلوبة للتحقيق في الأنشطة والجرائم التي ينظمها هذا القانون بناء على طلب من هذه الوحدة وبإحالة من الإدارة العامة.
