3. The twenty-first special session should take place under the presidency of the President of the fifty-third regular session of the General Assembly.

7. The General Committee of the twenty-first special session should consist of the President and the 21 Vice-Presidents of the special session, the Chairmen of the six Main Committees of the fifty-third regular session of the General Assembly and the Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee of the Whole.
