The view was expressed that the transfer of ownership of some satellites could raise issues of national security and that prospective signatories of the future protocol should give that question appropriate attention.
98- وأُعرب عن رأي مؤداه أن نقل ملكية بعض السواتل يمكن أن يثير مسائل تتعلق بالأمن الوطني، وأنه ينبغي للدول التي يُرتقب أن توقّع على البروتوكول المقبل أن تولي هذه المسألة ما تستحقه من عناية.
