9- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على إمداد المجلس الأعلى للأمومة والطفولة بما يكفي من موارد بشرية وتقنية ومالية وتخويله مستوى السلطة اللازم لإقداره على أداء عمله التنسيقي بفعالية، مثلاً مع وزارة الداخلية ووزارة الدفاع.

The Committee is concerned that the efforts of the State party to strengthen and restructure the Higher Council for Motherhood and Childhood have not yet resulted in the establishment of a body with sufficient authority and capacity to coordinate the implementation of the Convention at all levels and sectors in the State party.
13- تشعر اللجنة بالقلق من أن جهود الدولة الطرف الرامية إلى تعزيز وإعادة هيكلة المجلس الأعلى للأمومة والطفولة لم تثمر بعد عن إنشاء هيئة تملك ما يكفي من سلطة وكفاءة لتنسيق تنفيذ الاتفاقية على جميع الصعد وفي جميع القطاعات في الدولة الطرف.

The Committee urges the State party to provide the Higher Council for Motherhood and Childhood with a clear mandate and sufficient authority to coordinate all activities related to the implementation of the Convention at cross-sectoral, national, regional and local levels.
14- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تزويد المجلس الأعلى للأمومة والطفولة بولاية واضحة وسلطة كافية لتنسيق جميع الأنشطة المتصلة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية في مختلف القطاعات وعلى الصعيدين الوطني والمحلي وكذلك على صعيد المحافظات.
