Additional focus on the prevention of corruption in the judiciary was proposed as a priority in the implementation of chapter II. The importance of institutional coordination by national authorities, including legislative bodies, executive offices and the judiciary, in the prevention of corruption was also noted.
61- واقتُرح زيادة التركيز على منع الفساد في القضاء في تنفيذ الفصل الثاني. وأُشير أيضا إلى أهمية التنسيق المؤسسي بين السلطات الوطنية، بما فيها الهيئات التشريعية والتنفيذية والقضائي، في الجهود المبذولة لمنع الفساد.

The Secretariat was also requested to continue to provide technical assistance to States parties, upon request, with a view to advancing the implementation of chapter II of the Convention and to intensify its cooperation with national, regional and international donor and recipient countries with a view to enhancing their cooperation and coordination in the provision of technical assistance in preventing corruption.
وطُلب إلى الأمانة كذلك أن تواصل توفير المساعدة التقنية للدول الأطراف، بناء على طلبها، بغية المضي قُدُماً في تنفيذ الفصل الثاني من الاتفاقية، وأن تكثِّف تعاونها مع الجهات المانحة الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية والبلدان المستفيدة بهدف توطيد التعاون والتنسيق فيما بينها في تقديم المساعدة التقنية في مجال منع الفساد.
