The outcome of the International Workshop, including the draft inputs for the International Guiding Principles on alternative development, was reported to the Commission at its fifty-fifth session (E/CN.7/2012/8 and E/CN.7/2012/8/Add.1).

3- تقرِّر اعتمادَ إعلان ليما بشأن التنمية البديلة والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المشار إليهما أعلاه والمرفقين بهذا القرار، باعتبار تلك المبادئ مبادئ الأمم المتحدة الإرشادية بشأن التنمية البديلة؛

The Conference was held in Lima from 14 to 16 November 2012 and adopted the Lima Declaration on Alternative Development, including the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development, contained in the annex to the present document.
وقد عُقد المؤتمر في ليما من 14 إلى 16 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012 واعتمد إعلان ليما بشأن التنمية البديلة، والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المشمولة به، ونص الإعلان وارد في مرفق هذه الوثيقة.

In the same resolution, the Commission requested the Executive Director of UNODC to report to the Commission at its fifty-sixth session on the outcome of the Conference and the International Guiding Principles on alternative development, including the deliberations and recommendations of the Conference.

Member States attending the Conference unanimously adopted the Lima Declaration and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development, which are contained in the annex to the present document.
4- واعتمدت الدول الأعضاء التي حضرت المؤتمر بالإجماع إعلان ليما والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة، وهما مرفقان بهذه الوثيقة.

The outcome of the Conference was the adoption of the Lima Declaration on Alternative Development and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development, which contain both policy and technical guidance for Member States and international organizations on alternative development.
وكانت نتيجة المؤتمر اعتماد إعلان ليما بشأن التنمية البديلة والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة التي تتضمن على حد سواء سياسات وإرشادات تقنية للدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة.

وإذ تحيط علماً مع التقدير بالمؤتمر الدولي الرفيع المستوى بشأن التنمية البديلة الذي عُقد في ليما من 14 إلى 16 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012، وإذ ترحِّب بإعلان ليما بشأن التنمية البديلة، بما فيه المبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة،()

(a) To design alternative development programmes in line with the Plan of Action on International Cooperation towards an Integrated and Balanced Strategy to Counter the World Drug Problem and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development to ensure a balanced approach and that proper sequencing is taken into consideration when designing field-based interventions;
(أ) أن تضع برامج إنمائية بديلة تتماشى مع خطة العمل بشأن التعاون الدولي صوب استراتيجية متكاملة ومتوازنة لمواجهة مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية ومع المبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة بما يضمن الأخذَ بنهج متوازن ومراعاةَ التسلسل السليم عند تصميم التدخُّلات الميدانية؛
