41. The General Committee, in the light of recommendations submitted by the Committee on Conferences (A/53/298), recommends to the General Assembly, on the strict understanding that meetings would have to be accommodated within available facilities and services, that the following subsidiary organs should be authorized to meet during the main part of the fifty-third session:
