The Committee is concerned that the State party has taken very few preventive measures under the Optional Protocol, including on the Internet, and that there are no mechanisms in place to identify and monitor children at risk of becoming victims to the offences under the Optional Protocol.

In that regard, the Committee also encourages the State party to establish mechanisms to identify and monitor children who are at risk of becoming victims of the offences under the Optional Protocol and to provide them with psychosocial support and awareness-raising programmes.

35. The Committee expresses deep concern that foreign children victims of trafficking are not adequately protected in the State party, which leads to heightened the vulnerability of children to the offences under the Optional Protocol.
35- تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها العميق لأن الأطفال الأجانب ضحايا الاتجار لا يتمتعون بحماية كافية في الدولة الطرف، وهو ما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع تعرض الأطفال للجرائم المذكورة في البروتوكول الاختياري.

12. Article 3, paragraph 2, limits the application of the offences under article 5 to " transnational " organized crime, i.e. to offences that occur across international borders.
١٢- وتقصر الفقرة 2 من المادة 3 تطبيق الأفعال المجرمة بمقتضى المادة 5 على الجريمة المنظَّمة " عبر الوطنية " ، أي على الجرائم التي تحدث عبر الحدود الدولية.

Article 10 requires that States parties adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish the liability of legal persons for participation in serious crimes involving an organized criminal group and for the offences under articles 5 (participation in an organized criminal group), 6 (money-laundering), 8 (corruption) and 23 (obstruction of justice), as well as for the offences established pursuant to the supplementary protocols.
50- تقتضي المادة 10 أن تعتمد الدول الأطراف ما قد يلزم من تدابير لإرساء مسؤولية الهيئات الاعتبارية عن المشاركة في الجرائم الخطيرة التي تكون ضالعة فيها جماعة إجرامية منظّمة وعن الأفعال المجرّمة بمقتضى المادة 5 (المشاركة في جماعة إجرامية منظمة) والمادة 6 (غسل الأموال) والمادة 8 (الفساد) والمادة 23 (عرقلة سير العدالة)، وكذلك عن الأفعال المجرّمة عملا بالبروتوكولات المكمّلة للاتفاقية.
