8- وردت معلومات تفصيلية في الوثيقة IDB.22/8 المؤرخة 14 نيسان/أبريل 2000 عن تنفيذ التدابير التي أوصى بها فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها.

In that connection, he called on all Member States, including the United States of America, to settle their contribution arrears in accordance with the recommendations of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions.
وفي هذا الشأن، دعا جميع الدول اﻷعضاء، بما فيها الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية، الى تسديد اشتراكاتها المتأخرة وفقا لتوصيات فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية بشأن تسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في حينها.

72- واعتمد المجلس تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية وطلب إلى المدير العام أن يطبّق توصياته.

It was hoped that the open-ended discussion group would start its work soon so that it would have concrete recommendations to make to the Board at its May 1998 session.
وأعرب عن أمله في أن يبدأ فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية عمله قريبا حتى تكون لديه توصيات محددة لتقديمها إلى المجلس في دورته المنعقدة في أيار/مايو ١٩٩٨ .

That could only be achieved if they all, present and former Members alike, paid their assessed contributions on time and in full, hence the importance of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions, which he hoped would put forward recommendations that could be implemented as swiftly as possible.

In its decision IDB.18/Dec.11, the Board decided that the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions should continue its work under the chairmanship of Mr. A. Benmoussa (Morocco).
وقرر المجلس ، في مقرره م ت ص-٨١/م-١١ ، أن يواصل فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديـد الاشتراكـات المقررة في أوانهـا عمله برئاسة السيد أ.

In that connection, the open-ended discussion group had made commendable efforts.
وأشار في هذا الصدد الى أن فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بسداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها ، قد بذل جهودا تستحق الثناء .

In that decision, the Board also adopted the report of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions and requested the Director-General to take forward the measures recommended therein.
وفي ذلك القرار ، اعتمد المجلس أيضا تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها ، وطلب الى المدير العام أن يمضي قدما بالتدابير الموصى باتخاذها فيه .

It was thus regrettable that the recommendations of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions had generated a mere $3.4 million out of the $30 million outstanding.
وأعرب لهذا السبب عن أسفه ﻷن توصيات فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بدفع الاشتراكات المقررة في حينها لم تولّد إلا ٤ر٣ مليون دولار من الثلاثين مليون دولار المستحقة .

1- اعتمد المجلس، في المقرر م ت ص-19/م-5، تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بسداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها، وفقا لما هو وارد في الوثيقتين IDB.19/12 و Corr.1.

15- قدمت في الوثيقة GC.9/10 المؤرخة 22 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2001 معلومات عن تنفيذ التدابير التي أوصى بها فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها.

The Board may wish to consider the recommendations contained in the report of the open-ended discussion group and adopt a decision that would enable the Director-General to implement those measures agreed by the Board to ensure timely payment of assessed contributions, as requested in General Conference decision GC.7/Dec.10.For reasons of economy, this document has been printed in a limited number.
٤ - لعل المجلس يرغب في النظر في التوصيات الواردة في تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية ، وكذلك في اعتماد مقرر يمكن المدير العــام مـن تنفيذ التدابير التي اتفق عليها المجلس لضمان سداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها ، بحسب ما هو مطلوب في مقرر المؤتمر العام م ع - ٧/م - ٠١ .

Despite its financial constraints, his Government was making every effort to honour its financial obligations to UNIDO and urged other members, some of whom had unfortunately lost their voting rights, to take advantage of the measures recommended by the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions and agree on a payment plan with the Secretariat.
وقال إنه على الرغم من القيود المالية التي تواجهها حكومته فإنها تبذل قصارى جهدها للوفاء بالتزاماتها المالية لليونيدو وتحث سائر الدول الأعضاء، التي فَقَد بعضها، للأسف، حقه في التصويت، على الاستفادة من التدابير الموصى بها من جانب فريق المناقشة المفتوح باب العضوية بشأن سداد الاشتراكات المقررة في حينها، للتوصل إلى اتفاق مع الأمانة على خطة للسداد.
