In that connection, he called on all Member States, including the United States of America, to settle their contribution arrears in accordance with the recommendations of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions.

In its decision IDB.18/Dec.11, the Board decided that the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions should continue its work under the chairmanship of Mr. A. Benmoussa (Morocco).
وقرر المجلس ، في مقرره م ت ص-٨١/م-١١ ، أن يواصل فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديـد الاشتراكـات المقررة في أوانهـا عمله برئاسة السيد أ.

In that decision, the Board also adopted the report of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions and requested the Director-General to take forward the measures recommended therein.

1- اعتمد المجلس، في المقرر م ت ص-19/م-5، تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بسداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها، وفقا لما هو وارد في الوثيقتين IDB.19/12 و Corr.1.

15. Information was provided in document GC.9/10 of 22 October 2001 on the implementation of the measures recommended by the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions.
15- قدمت في الوثيقة GC.9/10 المؤرخة 22 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2001 معلومات عن تنفيذ التدابير التي أوصى بها فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها.

18. As reported in various documents, including IDB.26/9, in order to encourage Member States to make timely payments, the open-ended discussion group on timely payments of assessed contributions recommended the introduction of an incentive mechanism, based on a mathematical formula ( " S " curve).
18- حسبمــا جاء في وثائق مختلفة، منها الوثيقة IDB.26/9، أوصى فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها، تشجيعا للدول الأعضاء على تسديد اشتراكاتها في أوانها، بادخال نظام حوافز يرتكز على صيغة رياضية (منحنى " S " ).
