The overall budget would have already been introduced at the extraordinary meetings on Sunday, 28 April 2013, and a joint group would have been established to prepare, among other things, a draft decision on the programme of work and budget for the Stockholm Convention for consideration by the ordinary meeting at a later date during the two-week period.
