6. The Tribunal has also continued to work closely with the Office of the High Representative for the Implementation of the Peace Agreement in Bosnia and Herzegovina to establish a war crimes chamber within the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to receive cases from the Tribunal and to take over investigations of cases of lower-level accused not being pursued by the Tribunal.

The Council was briefed, including in a public meeting held on 18 April in the presence of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the implementation of the Peace Agreement in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the results achieved in the country's goal of full integration into European structures.
