As a result, the Secretariat had fallen behind in the preparation of the reports scheduled for consideration at the second part of the resumed fifty-sixth session, including some reports on contingent-owned equipment and troop costs, which were now to be considered at the fifty-seventh session.

25. Ms. EVATT said she noted that the reports scheduled for the sixty-fourth session included the third periodic report of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the fourth periodic report of Japan.

The Committee also adopted its programme of work for the session, heard reports from the Chairpersons/Rapporteurs of the Working Group on Communications and the Working Group on Article 40 and approved the lists of issues to be taken up during the consideration of the reports scheduled for the session.
كما اعتمدت اللجنة برنامج عملها للدورة، واستمعت إلى تقاريــر مــن رئيسي/مقرري الفريق العامل المعني بالاتصالات والفريق العامل المعني بالمادة ٤٠ ووافقت على قوائم المسائل التي سيتم تناولها أثناء النظر في التقارير المقرر تقديمها في الدورة.
